Applications are welcome for the position of an enthusiastic and talented teacher of Art and Design to join our successful, forward‑looking department. Wood Green School, an oversubscribed 11-18 academy, is looking for a talented and dynamic teacher to join our Art and Design department. Delivering Fine Art, Graphics and Textiles, the department has recently moved into a brand‑new STEAM block and will expand its offer to include Three‑dimensional design. The role will begin September 2026, with a permanent/full‑time commitment. We are seeking a teacher who can inspire students of all ages and abilities, takes pride in high expectations for themselves and their students, and is committed to professional development.
Responsibilities
- Teach Art and Design, including Three‑dimensional design to GCSE or A‑level where possible, and other specialisms as required.
- Inspire students of all ages and abilities.
