- Supervise and coordinate all welding/plating/piping activities during the shutdown period.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including BS EN ISO 9606, ASME, and API codes.
- Manage and mentor a team of coded welders across multiple disciplines (TIG, MIG, MMA, pipe welding).
- Conduct pre-work briefings and toolbox talks with welding crews.
- Review and approve welding procedures (WPS) and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with NDT personnel for inspection scheduling and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, materials, and consumables.

Qualifications
- Current welding/plating/piping qualifications (coded welder certification preferred).
- IWE (International Welding Engineer) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures for carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials.
- Experience with pressure vessel and piping systems.
- Excellent understanding of UK health and safety regulations.
- CCNSG Safety Passport or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
