We are seeking a passionate, well‑qualified Head of Media Studies to provide stimulating, dynamic and effective leadership for this successful area of our academy.
Role Overview
The appointed Head of Media Studies will encourage initiative and innovation, further develop a curriculum that fosters a love of the subject and strive to achieve high level student outcomes through enthusiasm and expertise. Our academy is over‑subscribed, consistently achieves some of the highest results in Sandwell and was rated good with outstanding features in the February 2020 Ofsted inspection and good with outstanding behaviour and attitudes in the April 2025 inspection.
