You will lead site delivery of a long-term EPCm framework at a major pharmaceutical facility. In a fast-paced, live manufacturing environment, you coordinate contractors, drive progress, and support projects from construction through commissioning and handover. You work across mechanical, piping, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural scopes, contributing to CAPEX investments and facility upgrades. This role offers hands-on leadership in safety, planning, and execution within a global project team. You'll help shape scalable, compliant delivery for critical pharma infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities with contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage progress, safety, and quality to align with project schedules and milestones.
- Support Construction Work Packs (CWPs) development and execution.
- Lead safety programs, inspections, toolbox talks, and risk mitigation.
- Assist with Permit-to-Work and Safe Systems of Work processes.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Participate in constructability, readiness, and HAZCON reviews.
- Monitor costs, variations, and change management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven construction delivery experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong contractor management and on-site supervision capabilities.
- Experience working in live facilities with safe construction practices.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental requirements and CDM Regulations 2015.
- Experience in EPC/EPCm or client-led project environments.
- TQC/CSCS-type site safety credentials and relevant certifications.
