Job Description

- Provision of environmental support to the Wood and client operations.
- Permit management – application compilation, submission, and associated reporting.
- Regulatory and offshore stakeholder engagements.
- Support the awareness and implementation of environmental and sustainability strategies.
- Providing support to client HSE management in incident and accident investigations through the use of an appropriate Investigation process (e.g. Helix or Taproot).
- Maintaining Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance requirements, inclusive of undertaking audits where required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Desirable:
- Professional membership of environmental body.
- Trained and competent External Auditor.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Experience in a technical environmental advisory role with experience in project / contracts in Oil & Gas or other industry.
- Excellent working knowledge of ETS and relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
- Established competence in permit management – application compilation, submission, and associated reporting.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Collating and interpreting environmental performance data.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- On-site practical knowledge and experience (on and offshore and in asset lifecycle).
- Effective / competent MS Office Suite User.
- High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format.
