We are looking to recruit a committed School Administrative Assistant with ambition and confidence who wants to develop their skills in a forward‑thinking and progressive environment. Responsibilities:

  • Undertake reception duties, acting as first point of contact, and respond to enquiries face‑to‑face, by telephone, and sign in visitors.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, prioritise and pass to staff in a timely manner.
  • Provide general clerical support including clerical processes, IT base tasks, using Office 365 Teams and various other IT platforms.
  • Support school admissions – preparing welcome documents or any related admin support required.
  • Support the Admin Officer with work related to admissions.
  • Support and monitor data entry on the school MIS system – keeping attendance up to date.

Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3:30pm. We have passion for the work we do and are committed to making sure we always put children first.
