Tradewind Recruitment is pleased to support a welcoming Primary School in Wood Street, Waltham Forest, as they look to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant for January 2025. This full‑time supply role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for early years education and a desire to contribute to a nurturing and creative learning environment.

As the successful EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils through play‑based activities, early literacy, and phonics, and by helping to create a positive classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to prepare resources, encourage children's independence, and maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere throughout the school day.
This role would suit an experienced EYFS practitioner or a committed Teaching Assistant who is keen to grow their skills within a friendly, collaborative team. Strong communication, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children are essential.
Ideally you will have:
