The Principal Consultant will help grow the Power and Renewables Consulting practice within the EMEA region, focusing on project execution and developing relationships with key clients. The role requires solid knowledge of power and renewables market dynamics across EMEA and strong project management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project management: Effective project planning, securing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Business development: Support in business development activities, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • Analysis: Support and coach project team members, contribute to consulting presentations, and ensure high-quality analysis.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and establish good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively across teams to support consulting practice development.
About You

The Principal Consultant role is highly commercial, combining analytical rigor with skilled execution of deliverables. Candidates should have:

  • Direct experience within the power & renewables industry or related consulting environment.
  • 5-8 years of working experience in a relevant role.
  • A strong understanding of power industry dynamics and EMEA power markets.
  • Analytical skills, including financial modelling and familiarity with power asset modelling.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
