As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be the driving force behind a platform used daily by teams worldwide, ensuring it works smarter, faster, and more effectively. You will translate complex operational needs into elegant platform solutions, shaping how our people work and directly enabling commercial success while ensuring data quality, security, and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls.
- Maintain system security and data integrity.
- Build and manage automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Apex, Validation Rules, APIs, Dynamic Forms, and other declarative tools.
- Create reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (no/low code).
- Import, export, and clean data using tools such as Data Loader.
- Perform regular data audits and deduplication.
- Manage backups and data recovery processes.
- Be familiar with OwnBackup archiving tools.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor platform usage and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with flows and automation tools.
- Reporting and dashboard creation expertise.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce data model.
