Wood Mackenzie is a leading global analytics provider in the energy sector. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs & Enablement to join our global Marketing team.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the Marketing operating model and ways of working.
- Establish frameworks for how work gets done, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities and handoffs.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, roadmaps, and deliverables.
- Serve as the orchestrator of cross‑functional Marketing squads, managing objectives, timelines, accountability and risks.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks, improving delivery processes and collaboration.
- Run the Marketing Enablement training program, creating playbooks, templates and frameworks.
- Partner with Marketing Operations for process adoption and supporting tools.
- Foster a culture of accountability, clarity and delivery discipline as connective tissue across Marketing.
About You
- Extensive experience in professional Marketing roles.
- Growth mindset and solid strategic thinking.
- Exceptional project management skills – Scrum, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma benefits.
- Strong business operations background.
- Experience building and running operating models, governance and delivery frameworks.
- Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and writing skills.

- Commercial awareness and understanding of Marketing & Sales alignment.
