About the Role
We are seeking a results‐driven New Logo Campaign Manager to join our B2B Growth Marketing team. This role focuses on strategizing, executing, and optimizing global campaigns to drive net‐new customer acquisition within a specific industry vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize full‐funnel campaigns targeting new logo acquisition across priority financials, traders, and other verticals, geographies, and channels.
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing to align campaign plans with GTM plans and pipeline goals.
- Work with product marketing and content marketing to develop tailored messaging and solution sets.
- Own new logo campaign management to drive channel performance improvements and journey management.
- Execute integrated campaigns across channels such as email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, nurture flows, and webinars.
- Coordinate event operations and sales to drive event planning, execution, and follow‐up for better ROI.
- Partner with digital marketing and media teams to manage paid acquisition and ensure targeted reach into ICP audiences and accounts.
- Enable effective follow‐up, qualification, and conversion strategies with sales and lead management teams.
- Monitor campaign performance in real‐time and continuously improve tactics through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization.
- Track, report, and analyse campaign performance against KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Experience planning and executing lead generation campaigns targeting new customers in a B2B context.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, intent data platforms).
- Ability to develop campaign briefs, manage creative assets, and coordinate across internal and external teams.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Data‐driven mindset with experience analysing performance data to inform decisions.
- Experience working in cross‐functional, global, or matrixed environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audience‐focused B2B campaigns within the commodities space (e.g. Oil & Gas, Metals and Mining, Power & Technology, Financial Services, Trading, SaaS).
- Knowledge of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
