The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are looking for a proactive Senior Holiday Park Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the park. You will help coordinate daily park activity, keep systems and stock well managed, support Health & Safety compliance, and deliver an excellent experience for guests and holiday homeowners.

Optional live-in accommodation (utilities chargeable).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day park operations across accommodation, facilities and amenity blocks.
  • Respond to park communications promptly and liaise with Head Office and internal departments to keep information flowing.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping supervisor priorities in line with daily bookings, updating cleaning and rota trackers.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems (inventories, guest and owner notes) and follow up actions promptly.
  • Order, receive and control stock (housekeeping supplies, holiday home extras, stationery), escalating issues to the Park Performance Manager.
  • Support weekly planning/handovers with the Park Performance Manager and department supervisors; contribute actions and meeting points.
  • Deliver great customer service to guests, owners and visitors, handling requests accurately and upholding park rules.
  • Support sales presentation standards and act as a positive ambassador for the brand.
  • Assist with shop stock control/deliveries and till balancing (where applicable) and provide wider admin support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing, operational role (hospitality, leisure, holiday parks, retail or similar).
  • Strong organisation skills with confidence using spreadsheets/systems to keep records accurate and up to date.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-changing environment.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence liaising with multiple teams.
  • A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow and support H&S procedures and training.
  • Reliability, teamwork and a positive, professional attitude as a brand ambassador.
  • Previous experience on Holiday Parks is preferred, but not essential.
  • The ability to multitask, with great customer service skills, being self-driven with a positive and energetic approach, is ideal.
