Known for first‑class service, we supply high‑quality timber, joinery, and sheet materials at competitive prices. Based in Hucknall, we serve a wide range of customers, from builders and landscapers to local authorities. Our services include next‑day delivery across the region, custom cutting, and expert advice on building and fire regulations to meet diverse project needs.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Internal Sales Manager, based in Hucknall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating new leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Additional tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales techniques and principles
- Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining excellent relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets
