Overview
In this role you will own the Group consolidation system, ensuring data integrity and a single truth across reporting. You will lead a small systems team and act as the main liaison for OneStream implementation, from build through go-live to BAU. Collaborating with finance, IT and external partners, you’ll govern data, security and master data, shaping scalable consolidation processes. This is a hands-on, governance-heavy role with impact on global reporting and system optimization.

Responsibilities
- Own metadata, master data structures and security model for the consolidation platform
- Manage integrations to source systems and ensure right-first-time data delivery
- Define and maintain consolidation logic and validation controls for accurate group reporting
- Lead a small systems team and coordinate with external implementation partners
- Act as subject matter expert on governance, data integrity and system configuration
- Oversee system testing, release management and go-live activities
- Standardize data collection and reporting structures to deliver one version of the truth
- Maintain business continuity, documentation and contingency procedures for the consolidation system
- Coordinate reporting inventory (cube views) and ensure standardized delivery across regions
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- OneStream administration experience
- Experience in a plc or large, complex organization with multiple entities and reporting structures
- Experience designing or architecting data models and global master data
- Experience leading a workstream or small team
- Experience applying technical accounting and reporting requirements within financial consolidation and reporting systems
- Strong Excel and modelling skills
