Wood is recruiting for a Decommissioning Onshore Site Lead to support the decommissioning team based at Point of Ayr, Talacre, North Wales on a fixed term staff basis. This is a site based role.

The Role

  • You will be maintaining client company local oversight and scrutiny of the Point of Ayr decommissioning project.
  • This will be achieved by attendance of daily site coordination meetings, compilation and submission of regular reports and critical updates, attendance of main contractor site safety tours, commission and perform company audits on main and sub-contractors in relation to decommissioning activities.
  • Compile/Audit monthly data relating to principal contractor’s site surface water management in relation to compliance with the existing legacy environmental permit.
