Overview
In this role you will provide expert health, safety and environment guidance to ensure compliance with legislation, policy and client requirements. You’ll support risk prevention and mitigation across EPCC projects spanning O&G, renewables, pharma and chemicals. You will partner with clients and internal teams to drive HSE performance, investigations, audits and lessons learned. This is a hybrid, global opportunity with development paths and a clear focus on safety culture and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely HSE guidance aligning with legislation, policy and client requirements
- Lead HSE incident investigations and ensure appropriate reporting
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits and compliance activities
- Develop and communicate HSE interface requirements with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project HSE performance monitoring and improvement plans
- Organize offshore/site HSE visits and management of meetings, forums and workshops
- Promote lessons learned and ensure dissemination across projects
- Ensure emergency response arrangements meet both project and client requirements
- Build strong relationships with Client HSE reps and site safety reps
- Support development of annual HSE improvement plans aligned with company objectives
Key requirements
- Relevant technical role or association with HSE
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Effective MS Office Suite user
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to HSE and incident reduction
- Able to work in client and third-party environments and build stakeholder relationships
