Wood is recruiting for a Contractor Compliance Administrator to join the RHI Talent team on a full-time staff basis. This is a hybrid role with a preference to be based out of either the Aberdeen or Stockton offices; however, for the right candidate, consideration will be given to applications from any of the UK Wood offices.
The Role
The Contractor Compliance Administrator will be responsible for the timely and compliant onboarding of contingent workers, ensuring service delivery targets are consistently met. Maintain ongoing compliance through effective administration and screening processes throughout the lifecycle of each assignment while contributing to team-driven initiatives and business projects.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience for contingent workers
- Obtain, review, and validate all required screening documentation, including (but not limited to) right-to-work checks, insurance documentation, and eligibility requirements
- Prepare, create, and issue contracts in line with onboarding completion and organisational policies
- Perform secondary checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring full compliance and data accuracy
- Maintain compliance throughout assignments by conducting periodic and annual audit checks
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring all required actions are completed for departing workers
- Accurately maintain and update records, ensuring all documentation is uploaded and stored in line with company standards
- Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or compliance
- Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver key business initiatives and projects as required (e.g. large-scale exercises such as National Insurance increases), ensuring successful and timely outcomes
