Role Overview:
- Tank welding — welding shell plates, floors, roofs, nozzles, and structural components
- Reading and interpreting drawings — working accurately from detailed weld maps and fabrication plans
- Plate and structural fit‑up — preparing joints, aligning sections, and ensuring correct tolerances
- Weld quality assurance — producing work that meets industry standards, NDT requirements, and project specifications
- Safe site practices — working professionally within heavy‑industry environments alongside riggers, platers, and crane teams
