This is an exciting opportunity to influence how learning is designed, delivered and experienced across the organisation. You'll play a key role in developing management and leadership capability, embedding digital-first learning approaches and helping colleagues build the skills needed for the future.

Working closely with managers and subject matter experts, you'll create engaging learning solutions that are accessible, practical and aligned to organisational priorities.

You will;

  • Lead the development and delivery of Woodgreen's Leadership and Management Programme.
  • Design and implement engaging learning solutions using a blend of digital, self-directed and facilitated learning approaches.
  • Create learning resources including videos, guides, toolkits, cheat sheets and e-learning content.
  • Develop and maintain learning pathways and frameworks across the organisation.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into effective learning experiences.
  • Oversee mandatory and compliance learning programmes.
  • Manage and develop our learning systems and digital learning platforms.
  • Use data and insight to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of digital capability and the effective use of emerging technologies, including AI.

  • Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.

This is a full time hybrid permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. It is expected that the successful candidate will spend approximately one to two days per week at our Godmanchester site and will travel across our retail estate to deliver training as and when required.

The starting salary for this position is £36,665 - £44,812 per annum depending on experience. This is complemented by;

  • 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 40 days after five years
