We are keen to recruit Teaching Assistants with the right aptitude and attitude to join our Inclusion Team. The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support the learning of students with SEND so that they can become independent learners and achieve their full potential. We are a dynamic growing Inclusion team and this is an exciting time to be joining our school community.

We are an 11-18 Academy school in Witney, operating term time only.

  • Hours: 28 hours per week; 8.30am – 2.50pm
  • Contract: Fixed Term (for one year), Term Time Only (39 weeks: 38 weeks plus 5 inset days)
  • Pay scale: Grade 4 – £24,404 – £24,709 (actual £16,361.34 for 28 hrs per week, term time only)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning of students with SEND to promote independent learning and help them achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to the Inclusion Team in developing inclusive practices based on restorative principles
