About the Role: We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

Contract: Initially, the successful candidate will be offered a 3 month fixed term contract; however, there may be potential for a permanent role. Immediate start welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General warehouse duties.
  • Picking and packing – collect items for orders and pack them for delivery or collection.
  • Loading & Dispatch – loading orders onto delivery vehicles and preparing paperwork.
  • Goods in, replenishment and stock taking.
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations as well as Company policies and procedures.
  • Working directly with Senior Team Leaders.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions to a high standard.
  • Working well with a team and alone.
  • Safely operate machinery where required.
  • Basic computer and handheld device skills for work related tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management.
  • Excellent health & safety awareness.
  • A forklift licence would be desirable but not essential.
