*About us:*
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, self motivated person to join our team of Arborists as a Lead Climber. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who will grow with our business. There would be opportunities to train and progress within the company for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities include performing all aspects of aerial tree work. Alongside this the candidate would be required to also conduct hedge maintenance, stump grinding, processing the tree debris using a chainsaw and operating heavy machinery.
The starting salary is subject to experience but would be between £150-£250 per day. Overtime is paid hourly, tips shared equally and additional pay for any call outs.
We are based in Chobham and our work sites are within a 30 minute radius to our lock up location. The work site will change daily due to the nature of our work, most of our work is residential.
We operate Monday – Friday however there is opportunity to work on a Saturday on an ad-hoc basis if desired.

4 years or more experience as a climber – required
City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-Cutting – required
City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm – required
City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Tree Climbing and Rescue – required
City & Guilds NPTC Level 3, Aerial Cutting of Trees with a Chainsaw Using Free-fall – required
City & Guilds NPTC Level 3, Serial Tree Rigging – advantageous to have but not a necessity.
A full UK driving licence – required
