Wood Care Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities in a home environment in Doncaster. Full training is provided; prior care experience is welcome but not essential. We value compassionate, reliable team members who can communicate clearly and adapt to shifts.
You will participate in staff meetings, maintain development, and follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures to ensure high-quality care for our residents.
