Wood Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to care for residents, supporting physical, psychological, and social needs. You will assist with personal care, meals, and the medication round while leading shifts and ensuring a high standard of care.
Experience in care homes is desirable though full training is provided. Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a care certificate is preferred; a passion for care and good communication are essential.
