As a Senior Care Assistant, we ask for you to care for our residents like they are your own family, addressing their Physical, Psychological, and Social needs. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals. You will also be responsible for the medication round and leading the shift.
About You:

- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a care certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential).
- Experience in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in leading a team.
