The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will care for our residents like they are your own family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. This includes assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. You will also be responsible for the medication round and leading the shift.
We welcome applications from candidates who have previously worked as a Senior Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker. We provide full training and also welcome candidates without previous senior experience but with a passion for care and a valid qualification.
About You:

- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or care certificate is desirable but not essential as all training is provided.
- Previous experience in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of leading a team.
