As a Housekeeper we ask you to treat our residents like they are your own family, ensuring respect and dignity at all times. You will work in a busy care home ensuring cleaning standards are kept to a high-quality standard. About You

- Previous experience working in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working in a busy housekeeping environment.
- A committed and organised approach.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts.
Other Duties
- Attend Staff Meetings.
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing needs and demands of the home, participate in appropriate training and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
- Ensure that employees fully understand their safeguarding responsibilities, develop understanding and skills to reduce the risk of abuse or neglect to adults who need care and support, and recognise their choice and control.
- Ensure that safeguarding and whistleblowing policies are adhered to at all times.
- Provide evidence of any untaken training.
- Comply with fire procedures and health and safety legislation and work in a safe environment.
- Complete all training as determined by the home.
