The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 ÂŁ per year.
As a Care Assistant we ask you to care for our residents like they are your own family, caring for their Physical, Psychological and Social needs. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. We would love to hear from you if you have previously worked as a Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker or Community Support Worker, as we provide full training, we also welcome applications from candidates who do not have previous experience but have a passion for care.

About You:
Above all, we’re looking for kind and caring people who want a job where they can really make a difference to people’s lives. You’ll also need:
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or care certificate. However, all training is providing so these are desirable not essential.
- Previous experience working in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of leading a team.
- A committed and organised approach.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts.

Other Duties:
- To attend staff meetings.
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing needs, demands of the home and participate in appropriate training and encourage and support staff in their development and training.
- Employee\’s need to ensure they fully understand their safeguarding responsibility, develop their understanding and skills to reduce the risk of abuse or neglect to adults who need care and support. Employee\’s need to ensure that adults are safeguarded in a way that recognises their choice and control. Ensure that the safeguarding and whistle blowing policies are adhered to at all time.
- Provide evidence of any untaken training.
- Comply with fire procedures and health and safety legislation and work in a safe environment.
- Complete all training as determined by the home.
