We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Care Quality Inspector to join our team. This is a pivotal role ensuring that our care homes continuously meet regulatory standards and deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits across our group of care homes to assess compliance, care quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Report audit findings to the Senior Management Team, highlighting both strengths and areas requiring improvement.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across services.
  • Support care home managers in implementing action plans following audits.
  • Keep up to date with current CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
