The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
As a Care Assistant, you will care for our residents like they are your own family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. This includes assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.
We welcome applications from candidates who have previously worked as a Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker. We provide full training and also welcome those without previous experience but with a passion for care.
About You:
- Kind and caring individuals who want to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care or care certificate is desirable but not essential as all training is provided.
- Previous experience in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of leading a team.
- A committed and organised approach.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts.

Other Duties:
- Attend staff meetings.
