This is a pivotal role ensuring that our care homes continuously meet regulatory standards and deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits across our group of care homes to assess compliance, care quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Report audit findings to the Senior Management Team, highlighting both strengths and areas requiring improvement.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across services.
  • Support care home managers in implementing action plans following audits.
  • Keep up to date with current CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Able to support and aid development of services and home managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in the care home sector is essential, ideally with knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Strong understanding of care quality standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
