WONHWA is looking for enthusiastic K-beauty lovers to join our team at the University of Manchester Discover Manchester Fair on 23 September! WONHWA is a UK-based company dedicated to bringing Korean beauty and culture to the UK. We’ll be running a experiential K-beauty activation at this year’s Discover Manchester Fair, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable students to help us create a fun experience for visitors.
Your role may include:
- Welcoming students and introducing them to the WONHWA activation
- Talking to visitors about K-beauty brands and products
- Distributing samples, drinks and giveaways
- Helping with games and activities
- Keeping the stand stocked and organised
- Supporting with set-up and pack-down
- Taking photos and short-form content
No previous experience is required. We’re looking for people who are friendly, confident speaking to others and genuinely interested in K-beauty, Korean culture, beauty or events.
Pay: £13 per hour
Date: 23 September 2026
Location: University of Manchester
Hours: 10AM - 4PM (30 min lunch break to be taken between 12-1PM)
This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in event support, customer engagement and brand activation while working alongside a growing UK K-beauty company. Plus, you'll be surrounded by K-beauty all day and we'll make sure you leave with lots of goodies!
