As a Senior Business Analyst at WongDoody, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital products. Here’s a glimpse into your responsibilities:
- Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep‑dive sessions.
- Managing end‑to‑end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
- Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
- Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions.
- Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
- Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
- Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
- Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups and planning.
