We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is highly client facing focused and eager to help shape the future of our digital products.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exciting new project for one of our key clients in industrial manufacturing.
This project is focussed on creating a new customer portal for our client’s customers, which will be a business critical digital channel for them.
The project sits within a broader programme of work, where we are helping our client to transform their digital estate.
Sitting between UX, technical development and client BA teams, the Senior Business Analyst will drive the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
Collaborating with all internal and external teams to fully develop requirements, by highlighting edge case scenarios and helping to anticipate GAPs and unknowns.
~ Helping prioritise backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
~ Contributing and partaking in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, demos and retrospectives.
~ Helping to identify opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements.
Experience of working with AEM to deliver projects is mandatory
~ Experience writing & clarifying user stories & detailed acceptance criteria in JIRA.
~ Experience working with cross functional teams (UX, UI, data, development).
~ Demonstratable understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle.
~ Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
~ Experience using JIRA, Confluence & Microsoft Excel.
~ English proficient.
