The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

We are looking for a dedicated team player to work closely with the leadership team to support the strategic development of the school, providing expertise and knowledge to keep the school in a strong financial position. You will take a lead role in finances, HR, premises management and administration, working with the Headteacher to manage budgets and procurement strategies as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the school’s business functions. You will be required to line manage the administration team and site manager as well as working with representatives of the Governing Body.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, parents and visitors
  • Has experience of HR management and knowledge of employment practices including safer recruitment
  • Has strong people skills and flexibility to lead a small team in a busy school environment
  • Is organised and able to plan and prioritise workload under pressure meeting deadlines
  • Can solve problems efficiently and make effective decisions
  • Builds positive working relationships across the school and local community
  • Works well as part of a team, uses their initiative

It would be desirable but not essential for the successful candidate to have experience of school business management.
