At Wonersh & Shamley Green CofE Primary School, we have a new position open for an Administrative Assistant to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
