WONE is a human performance company building stress intelligence for high-performing organizations. Built with experts from Harvard, Stanford, and Mayo Clinic, WONE combines the world's first validated measure of stress resilience with an AI performance coach that brings together AI technology and human intervention to turn everyday stress into a measurable performance advantage. The results speak for themselves: 74% of users report lower day-to-day stress, 90% report improved productivity, 40% company-wide engagement, and our clients see 5x ROI. We partner with global enterprises including Arm, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Quinn Emanuel, and we're backed by Octopus Ventures, Notion Capital, Arianna Huffington, and Brent Hoberman. Our leadership team brings experience from Google, Treatwell, Deliveroo, and BenevolentAI. We live and breathe our mission from the inside out, with wellbeing genuinely at the core of how we work together.
WONE has unique science, product, and enterprise validation. We have a mission and brand that is already category-defining with huge potential. We are now looking for an owner of the marketing function who can leverage these strong foundations to build our category leadership and turn that category authority into a strong, systematised inbound pipeline for the sales team. This role owns the entire marketing function end-to-end, including line management of the marketing team. Our 2026 goal is to own stress intelligence as a category, reframe stress from something to avoid talking about into one of the most necessary ingredients of high performance, and make WONE the brand people instinctively reach for when they think about performing under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing strategy and OKR ownership: Define the annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned to WONE's commercial goals, set and own the marketing OKRs and KPIs across brand, demand generation, and product marketing, report marketing performance to the leadership team with clear attribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Category leadership and brand: Define and own the stress intelligence narrative for WONE, position WONE against EAPs (Employee Assistance Programmes), wellbeing apps, and performance platforms such as BetterUp, and own the WONE voice, visual system, and founder thought leadership, including building the CEO’s voice and presence.
- Earned media and PR: Drive top-tier media placements across HR, business, and tech publications, and develop podcast, awards, and science storytelling strategies, including research publications, JMIR, and WONE Index validation.
- Events and community: Build and own WONE’s annual conference and events pipeline across SHRM, HR Tech, Wellbeing at Work, and key APAC events, lead the WONE Roundtables programme across CHRO communities in Hong Kong, London, and Dubai, develop and manage the executive community programme, including the CEO, Scientific Advisory Board, and influencers, and build relationships across industry associations and VC channels.
- Demand generation and pipeline: Own inbound strategy and paid media across LinkedIn and Google, develop nurture journeys and lead magnets to support pipeline growth, define MQL criteria and manage the handoff process to sales, and partner closely with the sales team to co-own outbound strategy and pipeline generation.
- Product marketing: Lead GTM strategy for new product features such as Ori and the WONE Index, and own positioning, messaging, and persona development across CHRO, Head of Benefits, and CFO audiences.
- Sales enablement: Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, objection-handling materials, ROI calculators, and case studies.
- Website, SEO, analytics: Own editorial direction and authority across website copy, lead content and technical SEO strategy, and improve AI search visibility and full-funnel attribution across marketing channels.
