This role exists to ensure that the story reaches the largest possible audience. We're looking for a growth leader who has built audiences that matter. You will own Wonder's growth strategy end-to-end, spanning audience growth, distribution, demand generation, community, content, and marketing. You will be someone who combines analytical rigor with creative instinct and moves at the pace of a high-growth startup.

The ideal background is someone who has scaled audiences, products, channels, or communities from the ground up at a high-growth startup, media company, creator business, or technology company. You understand how modern platforms work, how attention is earned, and how to turn content into sustainable growth. You will work directly with the founders to shape how Wonder grows, how new audiences discover us, and how we become the defining brand in AI-native entertainment.

What You'll Own
  • Growth strategy and execution across all Wonder channels and platforms (e.g. Wonder TV, the Wonder App, YouTube, social, newsletter, and future media properties)
  • Identifying, owning, and executing strategic growth opportunities and distribution partnerships
  • Building and leading Wonder's growth team, including social growth, comms, marketing, and PR functions
  • Leading major launches, campaigns, and activations with a focus on measurable business outcomes
What You'll Bring
  • 6–8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, audience development, or related functions within high-growth startups, media businesses, or technology companies
  • A proven track record of scaling audiences, channels, products, communities, or brands from early stage to meaningful scale ideally in a tier 1 startup/scale up
  • Expertise across growth loops, experimentation, attribution, conversion funnels, audience development, and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical instincts paired with strong creative judgement
  • Experience building teams, growth systems, reporting frameworks, and scalable processes
  • You live at the intersection of tech, media, and culture and are passionate about how new ideas and products spread online
  • Fluency with AI tools as a genuine force multiplier in your workflow. You are a tinkerer at heart who is curious to explore new formats that bridge ideas to influence
