Description
At Wonderskin, we believe beauty should be effortless, long-lasting, and transformative and we've built a brand that proves it.
Powered by patented Wonder Blading technology, we've cracked the code on long-wear beauty, delivering bold, flawless results that speak for themselves.
We are now looking for a driven
CRM Executive to help build the roadmap for the global CRM landscape.
This role will manage, design and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, Whatsapp and direct mail and turn that community into lasting relationships.
As a CRM Executive you will be responsible for managing the ‘day-to-day’ strategy, with a primary focus on campaigns in their entirety.
This involves maximising customer relationships and communication from the brand, knowing how best to segment and manage an ever growing database, and delivering strong customer lifetime value.
Reporting into the Head of CRM, this role will work closely with the CRM Manager, who manages automated lifecycle journeys.
The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes customer data, is AI fluent, moves fast, and understands what it takes to achieve maximum commercial and marketing success.
If you're passionate about delivering world-class multi-channel CRM campaigns, obsessed with segmentation and personalisation that actually delivers retention, and want to be part of a brand where science meets self-expression, you might just be our kind of person.
What You Will Do
- CRM Strategy + Campaign Planning
- Design, build, analyse and execute global day-to-day (BAU) CRM campaigns across all channels -email, SMS, Whatsapp and beyond.
- Maintain and support the CRM campaign calendar, in line with the overarching brand campaigns ensuring timely sends and alignment with launches, promotions, and brand priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours and streamline direct marketing campaigns to compliment their unique personal preferences.
- Own the development of segmentation-led and initiative-driven campaign concepts across the customer base.
- Proactively review performance and customer behaviour to spot opportunities (new segments, drop-off points, high-value cohorts) and translate them into brand-right campaign ideas.
- Bring fresh CRM concepts forward consistently, not just one-off sends, but repeatable, scalable programmes that perform.
- Monitor engagement, deliverability, and emerging trends relevant to Wonderskin's retention goals.
- Campaign Execution (Hands-On Delivery)
- Build and deploy a high volume of campaigns across all channels, email, SMS, Whatsapp, and more, from brief to final send.
- Set up sends that meet channel best practices (subject lines, preview text, mobile-first layout, clear CTAs, personalisation).
• Produce a mix of campaign types including
- Product and launch campaigns (education, transformation, routine content)
- Promotional and offer-led sends
- Quick-turn reactive campaigns based on stock, trends, and performance insights
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign messaging.
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests and thorough analysis of each send, segment and cohort behavior and product evidence based progressive next steps to ensure CRM performance continuously evolves.
- Segmentation + Audience Management
- Own audience segmentation across all channels - deciding who gets what and when to ensure the right message reaches the right customer.
- Build and manage segments and lists, keeping targeting sharp, relevant, and personalised as the customer base grows.
- Monitor list health, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR/consent), escalating relevant concerns internally when necessary.
- Support audience growth and retention initiatives, including sign-up capture, loyalty, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Partner closely with the automation lead so that BAU campaigns and triggered lifecycle flows complement rather than overlap.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer retention and engagement.
- Develop benchmarks and establish testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
- Retention Strategy
Develop and implement campaigns specifically focused on increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
- Promotional Campaign Ownership
- Own key CRM promotional moments that require dedicated planning and execution.
- Plan campaign beats around key dates, build assets quickly, and ensure sends feel native and on-brand (not “ad in disguise”).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep promo activity aligned with launches, offers, and wider campaign messaging.
- Collaboration + Campaign Support
- Execute independently on assigned concepts while contributing your own creative direction.
- Support larger campaigns by contributing creative input and helping shape overarching brand and seasonal Campaigns.
- Work alongside creative, brand, product, communications, and paid teams to ensure content is aligned and performs effectively.

- Assist with loyalty, referral, or partnership coordination where relevant to campaigns.
- Performance Mindset + Reporting
- Use CRM & AI analytics to learn what's working and iterate quickly.
- Track campaign and flow performance and apply learnings to improve subject lines, segmentation, timing, cadence, and creativity.
- A/B test consistently to sharpen open rates, click-through, conversion, and retention.
- Support reporting on CRM metrics including engagement, conversion, revenue per send, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
- Stay informed on ESP/platform updates, deliverability changes, and CRM best practices.
