With a holistic approach to understanding every student's unique learning behaviours, we create bespoke curricula and resources, leveraging their natural strengths to help them develop a passion towards learning.
As we continue to grow, we need a highly organised and proactive Operations Associate to be the backbone of our daily operations in a new centre we’re opening in West London. This role is central to everything running smoothly and works across parent communications, scheduling and overall centre logistics.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating order and structure, and who wants to play a hands-on role in a fast-growing education business. This role will have real ownership over the day-to-day running of the centre, whilst being directly supported by, and reporting to, our COO.
- Manage centre logistics including printing materials, staffing classes, and welcoming students and parents.
- Keep our management platforms and physical office space organised and up to date.
- Manage inventory and office supplies.
- Work with the team to improve the efficiency of our physical and digital processes as we scale.
- A desire to anticipate future company needs and strategise towards longer-term goals.
- Confidence managing scheduling tools, communication platforms, and general office technology.
