Our Nottingham site is a vital part of our operation and we’re looking for someone brilliant to help lead a key new client relationship and keep things running at the highest standard. That’s where you come in!

The Gig

As our Specialist Account Manager , you’ll be the operational heartbeat of one of our most exciting client relationships. From their first day with us, through to every pick, pack and ship, you’ll make sure our promises become reality.

You’ll be their go-to person. Their problem-solver. Their trusted voice inside our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the ongoing management of a key new client in our Nottingham operations
  2. Ensuring smooth daily fulfilment that aligns with client expectations
  3. Acting as the first point of contact for operational challenges and resolving them with pace and care
  4. Keeping warehouse processes aligned to client needs, now and as they evolve
  5. Training and supporting the team to deliver consistently high service
  6. Communicating performance insights clearly and regularly

What we’re looking for

You\’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are brilliant at managing clients, building trust, and keeping service levels high
  • Know how to train, motivate, and support teams to do their best work
  • Love improving processes and spotting ways to work smarter
  • Have solid experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL, and know how to make things happen on the ground
  • Are based in or near Nottingham and want to grow your career with a values-driven business
  • Feel comfortable juggling strategy and detail, client care and operational performance

The Nitty-Gritty

Location: Nottingham (on-site role). You may be required to travel occasionally to other sites or client locations for meetings, training, or operational planning.

Salary: Competitive (let’s talk)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Holiday: 28 days including Bank Holidays
