Role Description
This is a full-time role based on site in our ECO1 warehouse in Burgess Hill. As a Client Support Coordinator, you\โll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service. This is a fast paced environment, addressing customer queries and concerns, providing excellent client support, and maintaining strong communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
Salary starting from ยฃ26,500 based on skills and experience.

- Be the first point of contact for all inbound client inquiries via phone and email.
- Take end-to-end ownership of all incoming service tickets, phone inquiries, and order/stock discrepancies.
- Resolve common client queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Champion data integrity, maintaining high data accuracy and transparent records of client communications logged within the WMS (HubSpot), and proactively flagging data errors.
- Liaise with our teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Execute tasks and workflows to consistently meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in Client Service or Client Support, ensuring satisfaction in effectively handling client and client interactions.
- Communication skills to relay information clearly and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to assess and address customer needs and identify solutions to enhance service quality.
- Commitment to sustainability and alignment with our values of reducing environmental impact.
Bonus points if you have experience in within a 3PL, eCommerce, or logistics environment; a familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems ; or proficiency in using technology and tools related to client service management.
