The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bridge agencies, internal teams and leadership to drive enquiries, improve conversion and optimise performance across the full marketing funnel. This role blends creativity with commercial focus, shaping strategy, content and customer journeys to deliver measurable revenue impact. You don’t need to be a PPC specialist or designer, but you do need to be obsessed with performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing performance by managing agencies, analysing ROI, and optimising the full funnel
- Improve enquiry-to-booking journeys through data, content, automation and HubSpot workflows
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine follow-up, messaging and conversion rates
- Grow social performance across Instagram and TikTok, shaping content and calendars
- Own SEO fundamentals, Google Business Profiles and website optimisation projects
- Lead customer insights, support new venue launches and contribute to long-term growth strategy

The Ideal Candidate
You’re a commercially minded Marketing Manager who combines creativity with data-led decision-making. You enjoy getting hands-on, improving performance and building scalable systems that drive measurable growth. You may come from an agency environment and be looking to move in-house, or from an events, hospitality or venue-based business where conversion and customer journeys matter.
- 3–7 years’ marketing experience (events, hospitality, weddings or consumer brands preferred)
- Proven experience managing external agencies
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, email marketing and CRM
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, tracking, automation and reporting
- A highly analytical mindset with a passion for optimisation and performance
- Confidence working with senior leadership and owning marketing outcomes
