We’re growing, and we’re looking for brilliant early-career talent to join our Campaign Team (Senior Account Executive – Account Manager level).
In this role, you are the engine of campaign delivery. You are the person who ensures our big creative ideas and programmes of activity come to life in the best possible way. You’ll get stuck into everything; from PR and social media to experiential events, content creation, and creator management.
You will be close to the detail, keeping projects running smoothly, on time, and to budget. It’s a role where you’ll learn the comms craft inside out, supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you grow.
- Hours: this is a full-time role, Monday-Friday
- Location: Our office is in Bristol, and ideally, you’ll be there spending time with the team a couple of days a week. Occasional travel to clients’ offices may be required

- Agency experience: 1-2 years in agency (comms and social) is essential for this role
- Love the detail: You are organized, consistent, detail-oriented, and dependable - the kind of person who loves a clear timeline, a fully updated spreadsheet and a flawless status report.
- Are genuinely curious: You are eager to learn about your clients, their competitors, the world around you, and the fast-moving media and social landscape.
- Want to build relationships: You enjoy talking to people, whether that’s keeping clients updated, liaising with suppliers, and have really strong existing connections with journalists, talent, and content creators.
- Bring energy and fresh thinking: You love contributing creative, actionable ideas to brainstorms and execution plans.
- Are a true team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, keeping communication open, positive, and solution-focused.
- Care about quality: You take pride in your work, ensuring everything from a press release to a social media caption is high quality and client-ready.
What you could be doing day to day:
- Being a reliable, proactive day-to-day contact for your core clients
- Taking care of regular client servicing jobs and day-to-day campaign activity, helping to ensure we stick to timelines and do the best job we can
- Writing high quality press materials, content creator materials, briefs, and other campaign assets
- Media pitching and outreach, including fostering great relationships with key media, securing high-quality coverage and keeping up to date with changing contacts and media landscape
- Comfortable liaising with content creators and agents, and managing briefs
- Drafting and creating social content and supporting the team with content planning
- Contributing to campaign strategy and creative
- Spotting trends, opportunities and risks for clients
- Coverage tracking, reporting and analysis and analysis
- Supporting on other clients where needed and where time allows
- Potential to get involved with internal roles at Wonderland including pro bono work and with new business opportunities
