Do you have strong marketing expertise in live ticketed events? Are you looking for a Head of Marketing role, leading a small team and driving marketing strategy for a cutting edge portfolio of UK wide spoken word events? This is not an opportunity to miss!

Our partner is the market leader in producing and curating online and live spoken word events.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Marketing department and piecing together and delivering strategy, whilst maintaining a hands on and flexible approach.
  • You will require a strong understanding of marketing, live event tour planning and logistics, and ticketing.
  • Marketing Leadership & Strategy: Lead the marketing team, overseeing departmental workflows and optimising project delivery systems. Champion consistent brand messaging across all marketing outputs.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for tours and events. Advise on pricing, ticketing, and allocations pre-launch. Lead late sales strategies to maximise final campaign performance.
  • Performance & Stakeholder Management: Manage budgets and report on campaign/tour performance. Coordinate with partners, agents, and internal teams on ticketing logistics. Collaborate on CRM, segmentation, and data-driven digital marketing.

  • The right candidate has excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for the world of live events.
  • Significant senior-level marketing experience in live ticketed events.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing/ticketing teams and budgets across multi-venue tours or campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven decision making, with a commercial mindset.
  • Experience with CRM upgrades or migrations.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: c. £55-62k DOE
  • Working pattern: Hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the London office.
  • Reports to: Managing Director
