Our partner: A groundbreaking new multi-disciplinary venue in the heart of Central London designed to bring together a variety of live experiences under one roof.
Responsibilities:- Designing and delivering a best-in-class brand offering that positions the venue as a go-to partner for forward-thinking companies seeking immersive, culturally credible activations and collaborations.
- Commercial & Brand Strategy: design and execute brand partnership and sponsorship strategies; develop brand positioning and tailored commercial offer for a variety of industries; define pricing models and tiered partnership structures.
- Business Development & Relationship Management: proactively identify and engage potential partners from brands and agencies through to cultural institutions; develop and maintain high value client relationships; attend events, festivals and forums as the venue’s ambassador for partnerships.
- Campaign Delivery & Integration: oversee delivery of brand activations; collaborate with marketing, production, and programming teams to integrate partnerships; track and report on performance, to refine process for future collaborations.
- Leadership: work closely with the Founder & Artistic Director to ensure partnership strategy enhances the venue’s overall vision; cultivate a high-performing, creative culture with clear KPIs and growth strategies.
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: The right candidate is an experienced brand partnerships leader with an agency background and a proven track record of developing creative commercial collaborations in media, fashion, tech, lifestyle, and culture.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A deep understanding of sales and business development in brand marketing, sponsorship strategy, and campaign integration.
- Strong commercial acumen with a creative sensibility and ability to balance commercial targets with brand integrity.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and founders in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
The opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal commercial leadership role in shaping the identity and long-term success of a landmark creative destination, driving revenue and cultural relevance through innovative brand and partnership strategies.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (+commission), dependent on experience.
- Working pattern: Hybrid (3–4 days in central London office).
- Reports to: Founder & Artistic Director.
