Wonderfield Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Franchisee Training Coach to lead and expand our training and development across our sushi franchise network, including franchise-operated sites and corporate kiosks in retail settings.

You will deliver world-class training, onboard new franchise partners and PAC teams, and focus on food safety, quality and customer experience.

Regular overnight stays and a valid driving licence with vehicle are required to support the Central Region.
