Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Coach to drive quality and capability across franchised kiosks in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

You will work hands-on with Franchisees, offering proactive guidance and on-the-ground support to ensure consistently top-tier products.

You’ll coach on sushi skills, food safety, and operational excellence, traveling regularly to where you are needed most, and collaborating with the Operations Team to elevate standards across the network.
