- Proven experience managing multiple sites across a regional area.
- Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for sales, profit and P&L performance.

- Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with a passion for developing talent and building succession plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working within a franchise model is highly desirable.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
As Regional Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of approximately 27 franchised and company-owned kiosks across South Wales, ensuring every location delivers exceptional operational standards, commercial performance and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving sales, profitability and operational performance across your region.
- Coaching and supporting Kiosk Managers and Franchise Partners to achieve their full potential.
- Building a high-performing, engaged regional team culture.
- Delivering regional business plans and achieving key commercial targets.
- Monitoring KPIs and performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring consistent brand standards, operational excellence and compliance across all locations.
- Developing future leaders through coaching, talent development and succession planning.
- Supporting new kiosk openings and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery of regional objectives.
