About You
- Experience in food, retail, hospitality or franchise environments
- Passionate about food quality, standards, and customer experience
- A natural people person—you build trust quickly and influence others
- Comfortable working across multiple locations in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and always looking to improve
- Knowledge of food safety standards (qualification a bonus)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit franchised kiosks regularly and assess food quality, safety, and standards
- Deliver hands‑on coaching and training—from sushi skills and knife work to operational excellence
- Support new Franchisees with onboarding and inductions, setting them up for success from day one
- Work side‑by‑side with teams to troubleshoot issues and improve performance fast
- Drive high standards in food safety, hygiene, and product quality
- Track progress and measure how training is improving performance on site
- Share feedback and insights with the wider team to strengthen our franchise network
- Collaborate with operations and other coaches to spot trends and drive continuous improvement
- Keep up with trends in sushi and fresh food to keep our offer exciting and relevant
